We offer several shipping methods to accommodate various delivery needs. Most of our products qualify for our “Free Ground Shipping” with minimum purchase policy so they are shipped for free. There are available options to upgrade to expedited 2-3 Day shipping and overnight shipping. During the checkout process, you will be able to select the shipping method that best suits your requirements.
2. Shipping Rates and Fees:
Our shipping rates are determined based on factors such as package weight, dimensions, destination, and the chosen shipping method. Shipping fees will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process. Please review the charges before finalizing your order.

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. The processing time refers to the duration it takes for our team to prepare your order for shipment. We are a stocking warehouse and most of our products are in stock for immediate shipping. Normally orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Orders received before 12 Noon EDT will be shipped same day. Other orders will be shipped within 24 hrs and we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.

Shipping transit time refers to the duration it takes for your package to be delivered after it has been shipped. Ground shipping normally takes 3 to 5 days depending on your location in relation to the shipper warehouse. Our warehouse is centrally located in Tennessee which reduces the shipping time to most destinations. The exact transit time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery, but please note that unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control may cause delays.
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This tracking number can be used to monitor the progress of your shipment.
